TRINITY BLACK / T10 / T218 CERTIFICATION

The large-format robotic platform, end-to-end. Hands-on and in person across Trinity Black, T10 and T218 – core technology, power, signal and data, networking, rigging and transport.

Who It's For

BUILT FOR THE TEAMS BEHIND THE INVENTORY

Rental Companies

Warehouse leads, crew chiefs, and techs who prep, truck, fly, and return PK systems week after week. Certify the whole crew at once.

Venues & Installs

Technical directors and house engineers responsible for a permanent PK system – from daily operation to seasonal maintenance.

Integrators

Design-build teams delivering PK installations who need commissioning, handover and service knowledge their clients can rely on.

FOH Engineers & System Techs

The people who tune, shape, and mix on PK systems show to show – certify on the robotics and .dynamics workflow behind the rig you're handed.

Curriculum

SIX MODULES, THE WHOLE PLATFORM

The course follows the same six-module structure as our T8 program, applied to the large-format platform. Standard operating procedures run through every module, closing with the certification assessment.

01Module

Core Technology

The large-format family and the patented mechanics behind remote coverage control.

  • Trinity Black, T10, and T218 – output, directivity, and where each fits
  • Robotic mounting and adjustment while the array is flown
  • The Coherent Midrange Integrator waveguide – exit size, exit angle, and transducer spacing
  • 60, 90, and 120-degree response from robotically actuated waveguides
  • Dual annular ring diaphragms and horn-loaded 12” low frequency
  • T218 bass-reflex design and cardioid configurations – around 20 dB rear rejection
02Module

Power

Connecting a large-format system safely and knowing where the limits are before you reach them.

  • powerCON True1 and Socapex distribution across Trinity Black, T10, and T218
  • The PK Cell – Power Cell, Signal Cell, and transport
  • Maximum modules per cell – 24-circuit and 12-circuit, AMER and EMEA / APAC
  • Power consumption per module and recommended modules per circuit
  • Load balancing, breaker limits, and neutral current
  • Home runs, jumpers, and daisy-chains
03Module

Signal & Data

Multipin distribution, the Signal Cell, and a backup strategy for every array.

  • Multipin – Ethernet, AES, and analog on a single 15-pin cable
  • Colour-coded multipin connectivity and cable inventory
  • The Signal Cell – SC1, SD1 patch panel, SW1 switch, and router
  • Audio input formats and per-array backup strategy
  • Analog daisy-chains to 24 modules, AES to 12
  • 76 m / 250 ft maximum run, AES jitter, re-clocking, and analog fallback
04Module

System & Network Management

One network, correctly configured – plus local control at the module itself.

  • Only PK devices on the PK network
  • DHCP server, SW1 Auto-IP mode, and address ranges
  • Configuring the .dynamics network interface on Windows and macOS
  • Multiple Cells and DHCP servers on one system
  • Local control – box angles, utilities, service menu, and service mode
  • T10 manual recovery and Trinity Black forced vertical reset
  • Standard operating procedure – assembly, verification, and end-of-show
05Module

Rigging & Safety

Large-format hangs, mixed arrays, and the weight that moves as you articulate.

  • Trinity Black and T10 Suspension Frames, forward and reverse
  • Single-point and dual-point flying and included shackle ratings
  • The T10 Downfill Adapter and mixed Trinity Black / T10 hangs
  • Pull-up points and unsafe configurations
  • Weight considerations and centre of gravity through full articulation
  • Landing arrays in weather and minimum array spacing
06Module

Transportation & Service

Off the truck, back on it, and what to do when something needs attention.

  • Carts, caster boards, and covers
  • Maximum units per cart, weights, and footprints
  • Strapping and load bars
  • Cleaning, actuator testing, and rigging inspection
  • Helpdesk tickets and 24-hour support escalation
  • Certification assessment
